The Business Development team at ChaiOne focuses on serving mid-sized businesses to enterprise companies. As a Senior Account Executive, you will demonstrate to prospects how ChaiOne delivers the right digital solutions and services for every area of their organization.

We are currently seeking a motivated, high-energy Business Development & Sales Associate to focus on new account development in the the Houston area.  Communicate application and web strategy to existing and potential clients

Requirments of this job:

  • Effectively utilize the ChaiOne sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of mid-sized to large accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities & turn existing client relationships into recurring revenue sources
  • Work with a defined sales quota, focus on initiating new relationships with decision-makers through phone, marketing, email campaigns, in-person contacts and presentations
  • Assist in harvesting customer success stories for use in internal marketing
  • Account Planning (Predominately Account Manager)
  • Account Management (Engagement Manager and Business Developer)
  • Opportunity Pursuit/Sales Process (Business Developer)
  • Parent/Partner Relationships (Account Manager and Business Developer)
  • Competitor Intelligence ( Account Manager)

The Ideal candiate will be:

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Able to manage an opportunity pipeline through the CRM tool, forecasting, Opportunity Management and business and technical proposal reviews
  • Proficient in the use of common office software tools such as Microsoft Office or Apple equivalent
  • Capable of communicating creating clear, concise, written explanations of ChaiOne engagement process & outcomes
  • Able to respond to and follow-up on multiple inbound and outbound sales inquiries in a timely and attentive manner
  • Familiar with sales management tools such as Salesforce.com and Netsuite
  • Excellent references
  • College Graduate
  • 3-5 years in the technology industry and/or selling to "C" level decision makers or purchasing managers in large enterprises
